Staff was lovely and very friendly. 4 stars given just because of very dirty jackets hanging on the bottom hangers. When coming from bottom floor i pointed out to CS the first day, when i came back on the next day for exchange-it wasnt cleared and still loads of dust on the floor. Also mentioned to CS. Also please check item size as on hanger was size i needed, ended up with small size jacket.

Yesterday my family were exploring London when my special needs child had an accident. Luckily we came across this store which was still open. I didn’t catch the man’s name, but he was extremely kind sweet and helpful with the entire situation. As my son was in a stroller he went downstairs and brought us a few different options in his size for shorts. He then brought us paper towels and let us use the changing room to make sure we could make him more comfortable. I cannot thank him enough for being so helpful and understanding. 10/10

Great prices, great quality.Amazing customer service, especially from Parigna. She made the experience flawless and was super helpful finding the right size and model for me. They didn't have the exact product I was looking for at this shop, so she ordered it for me to be delivered home. I bought on 14/11/23Update: she helped me returning some items I bought recently. Apart from buying a few items for the fraction of the price I would have expected at this particular shop, a staff member — a young lady downstairs where the footwear for men was on display — was super kind and very helpful with my enquiry despite the fact that it was later in the afternoon and the place was flooded with shoppers and tourists alike.
