Didn't even want give a star , beware of this company they will cut your price on inspection by £1000 to £100s they will find any picky paint or wheel scuffs to nocj you down , all theres no guarantee you will get paid on same day or within 24hrs if you pay the £29 fees and make up excuses about extra inspection to bring the price down even more

Super quick service, car valued extremely fairly and only knocked off £50 from my online valuation. All finished within 15 minutes! Don't listen to the bad reviews, just be honest on the website and you won't be shocked when it gets inspected! Thanks again!

The guy I dealt with was a decent, no pressure, and explained everything fully about the process so I was able to make an informed decision as to whether I would sell my car to them or not.Yes they knocked down the initial online quote, but the online system expects a showroom condition car as a starting point for its online quote. My car had a couple of scratches etc, so the quote reflected this. It was still more than what I was offered by local car dealers.

Excellent service from start to finish, absolutely no hassle,the salesman was not pushy etc.We had wanted a little more for the car, we felt it was under valued, but having said that, it saved us the hassle of searching for a buyer.It's definitely worth a try.

Very pleased, the service was very good, the price knocked off for missing keyfob and alloy wheel repair was fair and around the same price I was quoted to get these items sorted before selling.

Given a good price on the website. Arranged an appointment at the local office. Guy had a look around...only a few minor stone chips and a scuffed wheel so he assessed it as a clean car. So why then is it apparently worth almost £1000 less than the website says??? A disgusting waste of my time, and insulting! The motor industry standard priced it more as a poor condition car than their clean car" price.Beware if you're travelling any distance!"

After being given a price online we travel here with a bit of speculation but hopeful.The guy working here on his own is really up against it. He was running around between customers trying to keep up with demand. To be fair to him he seems to be under a lot of pressure & could do with someone else helping out.There's not really any signage when you pull up at their office & I would have expected a big sign at the least.The guy was polite, chatty & friendly. He explained well how the process worked & began to check around our car. Bearing in mind our car is only 5yrs old & we'll looked after I didn't expect any problems. But apparently ever tiny little stone chip is marked against you. After a few min walk around he said it was in good condition & what price was I expecting. Then I was told the online price only indicated a as new condition so any little mark goes against the car. I do find it a bit off that wear & tear isn't taken into account with the age of your car. Surely a 5yr old car with less than 50k is expected to have stone chips on the bumper?? After being told he couldn't offer the online figure & then saying over £1400 less will be the best I can get I said thanks but no thanks.
