I was a little nervous as I had never left my two cats alone before, and one is very shy of strangers, but Susan set me at ease from the first phone call. Super professional but also really friendly and they both took to her straight away - I would recommend her to anyone.She sent daily picture updates, and spent loads of time playing with them. I think they’re almost disappointed I’m back!If you’re going away, look no further, Susan will ensure your pets are super well taken care of - I can’t recommend her enough.

I have used Susan a number of times to look after our cats. She is reliable and really cares about the cats, making sure they are comfortable and dealing with any medication. Even our easily spooked cat likes Susan's visits! I can leave the cats in her care with complete peace of mind.

We have used Susan on numerous occasions to look after our cats. She really cares about the cats and has been very accommodating with our older cats we had previously when they needed medications. We have just come back to two very happy cats when we have been away. She really cares about the cats and she goes out of her way to know their limits too so that they can get to know her. We have had different cats with different temperaments as they are always adopted cats. She is very reliable and gives regular updates while you are away too. She has also accommodated the cat that we have semi adopted from next door too. We can highly recommend.

Susan looked after our 2 cats while we were on holiday for a fortnight. She did a brilliant job, and kept us updated with cute photos throughout. I felt she really went above and beyond, and got to know the cats' personalities and their different needs. I'd 100% use Susan's services again and recommend her to anyone requiring a reliable, kind cat sitter.

I’ve used Susan at Purrfect Pawz on two occasions recently and couldn’t recommend her more highly. Susan came and met Mia (my cat) beforehand and went through in detail all of her requirements, nothing was too much trouble. I’d never left Mia on her own for as long before, but Susan’s care and attention and obvious natural love of cats put me at ease. She sent me daily updates and provided me with some general advice about her medication and needs. I will definitely use Susan in the future.

Susan has been amazing with my 2 cats, 1 who has Diabetes and needs insulin injections. She has done this with no problems and the cats love her (or is it the lovely goodies she brings!) . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. I'm able to leave my boys in great hands and know they will be well looked after.

Susan is wonderful. My cat Una who is pretty skittish is a lot calmer being looked after at home. She is also getting to know Susan who is very patient and knowledgable.
