My mrs had order some stuff, had a text saying it was out for delivery on 8/12/20 between 12.21-14.21.The delivery never arrived then they tried the next day without even letting us know they was going to try and it had to be signed for so we missed it . Try to call customer service for the Rotherham branch and waiting for an hour with no answer so tried again the next day after missing the delivery and the customer services women are just not helpful at all and making excuses yet my experiences with DPD and Amazon during this pandemic have been on time.

1 star is too many. They have left huge oil marks all over my driveway and actively ignoring my attempts to contact them about it. So much damage caused by this firm and they even confirmed they knew they had a van out in my area that had an oil leak! When I say an oil leak I mean it literally emptied half it’s oil on my drive way!

Do not use. They have ridiculous policy where you can't check your item being delivered to check if the item inside is damaged. If you do want to do this they will not take your item back as you have then damaged the packaging that it comes in. This is the most outrageous policy I've ever heard. So whatever you do DO NOT get any glass delivered across to them as if it is in 1001 pieces they will not take responsibility and if thr company you are purchasing from requests delivery charge for returns you are screwed

Never had so much incompetents ... Fail to leave calling cards forgetting to load the parcel which was live goods ... Won't tell you when parcel will arrive .. I will never use this company again ... It's over a week in there hands ... Very poor

Absolute shambles seen the delivery van twice now but has not attempted to get out his van!! Looks like i shall be going to collect my item which is a tv so not the easiest thing to transport as I'm not entirely sure if it will fit in my car. Will never order again from appliances direct if they continue to use this company!!

Terrible service. Had a food package on next day delivery service for Friday delivery. Tracked the delivery, it was 15 drops from my house. Then the vehicle went back to the depot. They didn't send it back out the next day, so the delivery had to be cancelled, as the food would have gone off by Monday. Very disappointed in the service!!!!

Very poor service, unable to give a pick up time not even Am or pm. Bookingwebsite says my collection will be made on the 8th, but at 3:30 on the 7th email said my pick up will be today, very confusing. This is not the first time I have had issues with them.

STOP STOP STOP , The worst post company I ever seen in all my entire life, very poor management and no one knows who do you have to talk if you need help about your parcel, I was awake this morning from 7:30am then 9am I got an email it said sorry we missed you I was calling them all day long no one answered then the day after same then I decided to call them back luckily someone answered eventually somehow I got my small parcel. So I don't want you stressed out bcz of their poor care.
