I cannot thank Michelle enough for the amazing experience I had when choosing my wedding dress! She was so accommodating, fitting me in very last minute and extending my appointment (and changing her own personal plans) to ensure I had the time I needed. The shop is absolutely beautiful, with a huge range of stunning dresses. I went in with absolutely no clue what I wanted and was very nervous, but I was made to feel instantly comfortable and there was absolutely no pressure. We had so much fun and Michelle gives amazing advice/reassurance. Michelle went above and beyond, and I am so happy I found my dream dress here. I would 100% recommend to everyone! Michelle at Allison Louise Bridal is truly one of the kindest and most sincere people I have ever met. I made a special trip to the other side of the country to view a particular dress, and while the dress was stunning (and the one I ultimately chose), I can honestly say that the best part was meeting Michelle. The whole experience was second to none. She offers a fantastic range of absolutely stunning, well priced gowns and gave us the perfect experience we needed to find the dress for my wedding. What really made an impression on both myself and my Mum was that at every turn she made me feel valued and that she just genuinely wanted to help me find my dress. Regardless of whether a dress I tried on was well below my stated budget or right at the top, there was never any feeling of selling to me, only what excellent sales should be which is a process of helping a customer find the best option for them. I said yes to the dress! ❤️Michelle was so welcoming and friendly - she immediately put me at ease and never tried to force a sale. Having tried the dresses I wanted to that I saw online but not really finding ‘the one’, Michelle whipped out a final dress that wasn’t on my list but that she thought would suit me - and it was perfect!
