I’ve used Barleycorn twice now, 5 years apart and it was nice to have the continuity of the same friendly guys moving me in and then out.Chris went out of his way to accommodate my last minute change of completion date and was always quick to respond even after the move, coming back to relieve me of the mountains of boxes and packaging materials.I didn’t think it would be possible to move all my house, garage and garden clutter, but they did it!

Chris & team were brilliant to deal with, everything ran like clockwork. They are a super-professional outfit, very careful with your house & possessions, incredibly quick & efficient in moving everything. We wanted to pack ourselves, so they included a good range of boxes & packing material. They took apart big furniture & reassembled, careful to make sure everything was where we wanted & nothing was lost or damaged in the extended process. They were all very friendly & helpful. We couldn't have asked for more & highly recommend them to anyone moving house, they took the stress out of it.

Chris was an absolute dream to deal with. He went above and beyond to make the whole moving ordeal very stress free. Ensuring I had all I needed to pack a 4 bedroom house up with very little notice from my buyer. We used Barleycorn's pack and move service, they packed everything up and moved it all to our new property over a period of two days. Absolutely brilliant service! Friendly and helpful team, nothing broken, everything completed on time -actually finished early on the final day! Price extremely reasonable and completely transparant about what the quotation included. Previous moves we have done everything ourselves, honestly couldnt have done it without them this time due to being pregnant with small kids to watch and no leave possible from work. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat if moving and highly recommend them. You should definitely use this company.

Used Barleycorn for a full pack and removal service. They were great; all the guys were friendly and helpful and happily accomodated delays to the completion which meant the offloading went late in to a Friday evening. Would have no hesitation using them again, if we ever move again!

Barleycorn have helped us to move house twice now, and they've been excellent each time. Chris and the team are all brilliantly professional and very friendly.Chris did a survey and sent a detailed quote, and then for the move itself the team packed the whole house up on day 1, and moved it all on day 2. Anything we said was special or delicate they wrapped in Furni-Gard, and not a mark was left on anything.We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
