Talking to Barry over the last few months has been crucial to my recovery from anxiety and I can't thank him enough. I've always considered that therapy wouldn't make a difference to me and that I could deal with the pressures of life by myself, but I honestly wouldn't be on the road to recovery without having attended these sessions. I have learnt so much about myself as well as anxiety, emotions and how to move forwards day by day. The difference between how I felt (and looked!) from the first to final session is phenomenal and I am now able to see a bright future ahead of me. Barry genuinely cares about people and obviously loves what he does; he is a wonderful therapist and I would recommend anybody unsure to give it a go - you won't be disappointed!
