This is the worst bus company and this needs to go out of business and bus routes should get took over Arriva, Stagecoach and Warrington own buses like share there bus routes with those companies too

Huyton HTL Travel Buses Service
One of your HTL busses nearly caused an accident today. At about 5.10pm your bus went into the left turn lane which takes you into the croxteth park estate instead of waiting in the other lane which carries on down croxteth hall lane. The traffic was backed up a bit in the right hand lane as sensible drivers waited patiently to get through. But the HTL driver just pulled into right hand lane at the junction causing cars to brake hard to let it in. This could have caused an accident and I will be contacting the local police to let them know how dangerous this driver is.

Not happy tonight ..Sat waiting at linacre Penryn avenue sat night waiting for the 159 to Marion sq..Google maps still showing it running yet bus times only showing ONE bus on route...this is not the first time eithet...had exactly 8 mins to get from that stop to KFC lights to catch the 52A ...not happy with yr service at all

Much more reliable now than previously was the case. There is also now the reassurance that you can track your bus using the BusTimes website. The fleet is a mixed bag but ultimately will get you where you need to be - could do with some investment at some point. Drivers are mostly friendly and haven’t encountered any issues thus far. Good service overall.

I'm putting it as I 3 because the bus driver was friendly but the only thing I will say is that the 289 service is unclean dust coming off the seats and the bua driver crashing onto the kerb

I must express my disappointment with HTL Buses in Liverpool. Despite my attempt to communicate my concerns in writing, I received no acknowledgement from them... Currently, I am on bus 102 en route to Broadgreen Hospital at 10:15 a.m. Given the freezing outdoor temperature of -3°C, I closed one of the bus windows, only to be reprimanded by the driver. It’s unacceptable for HTL to instill fear in its passengers. Moreover, it’s reasonable for me to want to avoid catching a cold on the bus. HTL should feel a sense of remorse for their actions.

This bus service is a disgrace,my last bus from Ormskirk hasn’t turned up on 3 occasions now on Saturday.The Driver said the bus was playing up" on the way there

Cannot say one time the 898 was on time, and every time it comes about 20 minutes late and makes me late there is always no more than 3 people on the bus. It’s just mad.

The rudest bus service I called them to let them know about their drunk driver driving the buses and turning up an hour late everyday and he just says ta and hangs up the phone number unbelievable.Also I’d like to add that I have contacted the DVSA and I told them how the phone operator was unprofessional by hanging up the phone on me without any care in the world when I told him about the drunk driver, and how their drivers have little to no respect to young children and disabled people trying to charge them more than the bus costs when not using their card
