Purchased Carpet from Jowett Carpets of Huddersfield. It changed colour. Not a pleasant experience getting them to replace it.The replacement carpet constantly shed fine fibres, and has continues to do so. These fibres are visible in the vacuum cleaner, and on anything that comes in contact with the carpet. As a result, the colour has changed again!!!It's very sad as I do like to support small local businesses.I feel badly let down by Jowett Carpets.

Purchased bathroom lino and fitting from them, the lino is good quality, but I paid for it fitting and they did such a rushed mess of a job. It needed trimming down in several places and was sealed very unevenly in patches instead of all around the edges, yet I had seal left all down the side of my toilet, on the bath and down the sink which took ages to get off. We ended up spending hours finishing it off properly, trimming it to fit as it should of already been, and re sealing everywhere. Had we not been decent at DIY it would of been way more of a nightmare.Had we fitted it ourselves it would be 5*, they were very helpful in the shop. Delivered on time, good quality and very reasonably priced.
