Only ever dropped my partner off or picked him up so can only go on what he has said. He has had nothing but problems and delays since using them. Took his car to get the diesel thing sorted out that the government was on about and his car wasn't right straight after. It kept jumping and stalling and suddenly losing power while he was driving, told he had dirt in the fuel pipes which had never happened before, only since this thing they did. He took it in for them to sort out and they didn't even look at it for over a week, and they never gave him a courtesy car so I was taking him to work and back, over 40 miles a day wear on my car. Then when they said he needed this new part to sort it out but due to the part they reset there were lots of vauxhalls needing this new part that they admitted was their fault, there was a massive back log to get them. In the end my partner had to hire a car for over a month as Thurlow Nunn never offered him a courtesy car or to pay part of the fee towards it. And one woman that works there is rude and very self opinionated and shouldn't be in a role where she has to deal with people on the phone or face to face, she should be in a job where she doesn't speak to anyone all day! Then after nearly 6 weeks there was still no sign of the part so my partner did a deal with them to trade and get a different vehicle. But there's problems with that too! Stop/Start doesn't always work it really temporamental, the overtaking lights on the mirrors don't always work and sometimes come on for no reason at all, the heater has a rattle that comes and goes, all minor issues but should have been sorted, and now due to another fault that vauxhall have admitted, he needs a new timing belt, and oh what a surprise, there's a massive back log waiting to get the part and he might be waiting up to a couple of months for it! So what happens in the mean time??? Well if it breaks the car will still drive, but it will basically mean the pistons and cylinders will knock together and knacker the engine and break it, well that's alright then, thought it was something serious!! Come on Thurlow Nunn sort your act out.

Dropped car off at 8am to courteus and friendly staff and a phone call 2 hours later to say the car was,including a full valet,ready to collect.Perfect service,I buy my cars there too

took my car in for 1st service and waited staff was all very polite and i had drinks they even washed and hoovered it thank for doing that

It seems no one works here so I don't know why they leave contact details.I've tried speaking with the service department to book my vehicle in for a recall which should be been carried out 3 weeks ago ...After calling 6 times today, not one person from the service department has called me back nor picked up the phone.

Visit was for service and MOT, excellent welcome at the service desk. Work was completed on time. The loan car arranged was comfortable to drive. I've been a Thurlow Nunn customer for many years and am more than happy to recommend them.

My electric car in for its annual service. Staff always friendly and very helpful. Found me an automatic courtesy car and even offered me an electric one. Service completed bu m8d afternoon and I was called to say it was complete and charging as requested. A full report given. The video link did not work properly this time but not a big issue for me. Car returned a lot cleaner than when I left it !!!

Just got a car from this dealer a few days ago. So far the car is amazing and I'm really pleased. Jack helped us and was really impressed with the communication and service the whole way. Thank you.

Always great service. Work completed to a high standard and for a main dealer, reasonably priced. Especially with RAC breakdown included!
