I just left this venue couple of minutes ago,I've seen the worst horrible fitting,I've seen everything, when two guys were punching the security man with white shirt,all because of the lady wearing red dress, drinking alcohol doesn't mean attack the security man who is just doing his job looking after the customers.This kind of thing must not happen in 2023.God bless

Came for my first night out in Watford & the service I received from Holly was amazing. Made me feel really welcome & was great to me and my group. Will definitely be back even if it’s just for her! :)

Wow! I'm horrified and I'm still shaking after what's just happened. Honestly, I have been visiting Popworld ( insert a different name over the years) for the past 10+ years, and I can call myself genuinely a regular customer, been there in the past many times and I've never ever had any issue with service or anything until today. I am still crying here on how much injustice the staff done on me. It all goes down to service. One of the bartenders ( a lady who works behind the bar) thought it's ok to charge me over 15£ for a single rum and a coke without noticing! When I challenge her and I told her I gave her 20£note ( I remember it was 20 note because I hardly take any cash nowadays) , she called her supervisor and he told me, he saw me handing in £10 note to her which was an absolute lie and he was covering for her. When I asked him if I could see CCTV footage, he refused and said I can't. I got obviously upset. Where is the justice ?! He called a bouncer on me, literally no mercy on me and wouldn't let me explain. I walked out with no issue , holding onto my rum and coke and a glass of water and explained the situation to the bouncer. Then he started to threatening me and other guys working for Popworld surrounded me and we're threatening me. I have done literally nothing, just tried to explain what's happened and finish my drink and go. Then one of the the bouncers got agitated and smashed my drink off my hand which actually really scared me. I feel honestly really sad this has happened. I considered this place a decent place with decent service. You have just lost a very loyal costumer due to your dishonesty and brutality. Popworld is going down the hill. I'm very saddened with what's happened. You made me super upset.

Had a great night out in Watford, we were well looked after by Becca, and really enjoyed our drinks, would definitely come back again next time we're in Watford as the music was great!

Quality night out, staff also look like they are enjoying themselves which is nice to see

Came briefly in September for my friends birthday and left after an hour as the vibe just wasn't it. Drinks are a rip offPlease expand the club, have free entry till a certain time, half price drinks till a certain time and let DJ's take requests on songs (I am sick of hearing the same old rubbish, wouldn't hurt to mix it up a little) and I might return. Other than that, there ain't no party like a popworld partyWhat happened to the photographer aswell? Shame as I liked posing for photos back in the day before covid lol
