Quite simply without Danielle's persistence and knowhow, I would not have been in a position to complete my recent property purchase. During a rocky time with the markets, and numerous other obstacles thrown at us whilst seeking a mortgage offer (and then even after that!), Danielle worked her socks off to get me the best mortgage deal possible, work her magic with the lenders and reassure me along the way. If it wasn't for Danielle being so approachable and having a genuine interest on what a family home looked like for us I don't believe we would have managed to secure the property we did. Although we have decided to not go ahead with selling our house after being on the market for a few months, we can not fault the service we have had. The communication was excellent with weekly phone calls about progress and emails with rightmove data. Booked a viewing for last Friday and nobody turned up. Had no point of contact and never heard from anyone again even after sending an email to see what had happened a couple days later. A huge waste of time.
