Andrew was able to visit us in the evening at a time that was convenient for working couples, we sat and chatted so that he was able to get an understanding of our concerns etc and was able to put our minds at rest and explain the legal jargon that most find daunting.There was no hard sales pitch, no pressure put on us, it was all very easy and within just a few short days Andrew had produced pretty much what we were looking for from our Wills. I couldn't recommend Andrew enough, we had previously paid a lot of money to a solicitor for our wills to be written, and we were not told at the time that they would be useless after we got married, luckily, we contacted Andrew and he explained the potential issues with our wills after we got married, he went on to explain other options that would make life easier for either one of us if something happened, this was never even mentioned in the solicitors office.He was so patient with us, he really put us at ease and explained the whole process meticulously, at no point did we feel confused or pressured, after Andrew had finished our wills, we fully understood what they contained, and what that meant for us, we certainly didn’t have this level of understanding after we had been with a solicitor, which was a very clinical experience, Andrew actually cares for his clients and that shines through in abundance.I want to thank Andrew for making this such an easy process, and I feel now that I can sleep easily knowing that my affairs will be in the best order.
