Today I visited John for a session, I was in complete mental, physical, emotional and spiritual burnout, my body had seized up, I had so much pain and couldn’t breathe properly. John was incredible, we talked, did some activation work, some breathing and acupuncture ect and by time I left, I was stronger, more flexible and able to breath, I arrived broken and hopeless and left able and hopeful. Have had a couple of treatments with John and found his activation therapy incredible, it awakened my body and I found my posture and core was strengthened by the work that he does, along side this John has helped me with breathing issues as I suffer with COPD his diaphragm activation totally changed the way I breathe and his thorough explanation of his method was very reassuring. John facilitates a community meditation group combined with auricular acupuncture every Tuesday morning and makes everyone welcome. I always attend as I think the combination of acupuncture with meditation works so well together, I often have powerful meditations here and it gives me a wonderful re-set for the rest of the week. Highly recommended!

I have been attending weekly for qigong meditation. This has helped me to feel more balanced and grounded. John is very professional in his approach and provides a lovely environment. I can definitely reccomend this for anyone who is looking to increase calm and balance into their lives.
