Very helpful and friendly staff, big shout out to MAL who was great from the start, helping me pick out the right stove and then accommodating me when I changed my mind (sorry about that). Went for the Contura 810L in the end and so pleased with the service provided by Arcade.Also would like to mention their contracted fitter JP STOVE INSTALLATIONS again very professional, helpful and has done a wonderful job fitting my new log burner.Would highly recommend both companies together. Great sales and aftercare.Happy customer!

After buying a contura log burner in November, Arcade said it would be here December, every month they had a excuse for it not turning up, anyway they got to march in the end as the estimated delivery date, so I said enough is enough, the shop assistant who was great by the way said yes you can have a full refund so went back to the shop with my wallet and in the mean time the boss had rang up and said I had to be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Even though they said they're going to carry on with this order as these log burners are in demand. They say buy local, don't think I will be doing that again unfortunately.

This is a fantastic store, staff are extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Pricing is extremely competitive, even in comparison to the big chain-stores. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend (which I have done already) or return.Thanks for all your help Mal!
