What can i say, was doubtfull of this os small place.But nautilus machines, all that you need, a hardcore feel, welcoming place.Recommend 100 %

Great 24 hour gym a bit pricier than other gyms but really nice well maintained equipment. Not a massive building but still has plenty of equipment although it doesn't really have any cardio equipment but this personally wasn't an issue.

Great little weights gym. If weights are your thing this is a brilliant small local gym.

24hour access gym, great equipment and maintained to a high standard. The Owners always improving the gym. Great environment friendly with a good buzz. New vending machine added with drinks and other foods
