I have visited the Tag boutique on a few occasions & between myself & partner have purchased a few watches.The service in this boutique is continuously fantastic! You are always made to feel welcome & the staff are very knowledgeable. No pressure tactics unlike the Beaverbrooks in Manchester were you are pressured & argued with.Would recommend this boutique to anyone looking to buy a Tag.

The person I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. She has ordered a part for my watch and will let me know when it arrives.

Visited Tag boutique today, met the loveliest staff Darren who was very friendly and knowledgeable, he knew exactly what he was talking about. He was very polite and offered some complimentary drinks whilst we waited. Darren was very pleasant throughout the whole experience. I’d like say a huge thank you to Darren, Liam and the rest of the team who were very helpful and friendly! I definitely recommend this place!

There is something seriously special about not only TAG Heuer as a brand but more to the point, the Tag Heuer Boutique I went to visit recently at Metro Centre. Now owning 2 Tag’s one F1 and a the new Aquaracer 300 it’s clear that I’m passionate about the brand and therefore my views maybe slightly biased.However, there is absolutely no denying that their customer service is truly exceptional. The main reason for the visit was because I bought the Aquaracer abroad on holiday and was informed I could get the strap length adjusted at any Tag Heuer back at home, my nearest Tag being the one at Metro Centre. As you approach the stores with large TAG Heuer sign above the store front you can’t help but feel incredibly proud to be associated. The store is so well equipped with the entire range possible and you could honestly spend hours and hours in the store. More importantly, I think it’s the ultra friendly staff that make it a truly wonderful experience. I was greeted warmly by Imogen and Liam and immediately assisted with the strap adjusting and also spent time explaining more about the brand and the newer in house calibre movements – all in which is immensely fascinating and really reinforces the fact that Tag are excelling in this field, each boutique I’ve visited have left very warm feelings. When compared to other Tag authorised dealers I found the experience very different and felt pressured into making a purchasing decision which was certainly not the case at the Tag at Metro Centre.I also went back a 2nd time the following day to readjust the strap slightly again and to even try on the Nato Strap I bought from the shop the day before. Needless to say the team were pleasantly surprised to see me and jumped straight onto it and I had another lovely time in the store once again.I’m convinced I will continue with the collection and aim to purchase a Carrera and Monaco when the earliest opportunity. And would like to once again thank Imogen and Liam at Tag Metro for upkeeping the prestigious and yet friendly nature of the brand that is Tag Heuer which I have grown to be so fond of.Please keep up the great work.
