Got my wheel fixed recently at E-Rides HQ, the engineer was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, whilst waiting I met the rest of the team who too was knowledgeable and friendly! Seems they are all just friendly!! Whilst waiting they offered to let me try some of the new EUC's! Definitely going back if I need any repairs and to buy my next wheel!

I went to e-RIDES, because I had dented/buckled the rim on my back wheel, and I punctured my tubeless tyre at the same time. The rear break disc was also out of alignment, so e-RIDES fix the rim replaced the rear tyre, realigned the disc’s and adjusted the brakes great work. Thank you 100%

Highly recommend e-rides. After a battery fault on a brand new EUC, e-rides did everything they could to get it mobile again. Arranged collection, fixed and returned. A warranty is only as good as the people providing it. Thumbs up from me.

Visited Afeez and his wife at their store front during a visit to London. Very friendly and welcoming. I purchased a Lazy Rolling jacket, which I really like. My wife also enjoyed the friendliness of Afeez and his wife. I will be sure to purchase the new foot plates once my Sherman S arrives.

Outstanding service! I bought an electric unicycle here and the delivery was very quick. After three days of riding the wheel, I had an issue and they fixed it for free. Even more, they gave me the same wheel to ride while I was waiting for my wheel to get fixed. Best experience ever!

Kay and his partner have been very kind, welcoming, and professional since the first phone call.So many bike shops turned my e-bike down as it comes with an unconventional frame (District 5 by Flow, not very famous around), but Kay and his team did not hesitate, took my bike in, and fixed it in a timely manner.Also, they kept me posted on the fix work progress and sent me a video documenting the problem and how to fix it.I blessed the money I spent to fix my bike and I will definitely be back here for any bike issue in the future.
