Did a Homebuyers report for me. Stated no subsidence. Turns out the property had suffered with subsidence 7 years ago. Refused to refund me.

Very concerned - failed to pick up on subsidence. Undertook full building survey, and we specifically pointed out crack for his investigation. Report came back with no indication that we should not purchase , or that further investigation was required (it was a full building survey). We purchased the house. It has subsidence. He does however have a good legal firm that support him when you raise such issues with him!
