The app didn’t place me at my location but I called and it was sorted out immediately by your office. I was picked up in two minutes and dropped off quickly by a very friendly driver who waited to make sure I was at the right place. Top notch service I’ll use this week as I travel back late from the theatre. Thank you so much.

Great booking service, and friendly telephone operators. I have used them numerous times, and they have never let me down. Very reasonable prices too. The only taxi service I ever use when I'm in Bradford.

These guys are really poor service, taxi drivers take wrong turnings and longer routes then over charge u, has happened few times!! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

All the drivers are so friendly. I love chatting to them as I have known them years. If I am home late they always wait until I get home.

The driver touched the meter just few minutes after departing and then the price jump from £3.50 on the meter to £4.50 when I was still within BD1, this is fraud as i have never enter a taxi from BD1 cheapside to great horton for £5.90.This is a very bad experience.

Friendly driver, straightforward trip home after work meal out. Seatbelt function isn’t quite right, not extending smoothly all the way out, car is on the older side but fine in all other ways. Fares reasonable. I don’t use taxi apps, cash is king as I wish to pay at the end of the ride. Would use again.

The driver was awesome. He was a great driver and he charged me a reasonable fare to my home, thanx leap for sending me a lovely driver and a clean car, superb service, will be using leap again. In-Sha-Allah.

Another taxi place that lies about the time it takes to get to you, says 10 minutes but 15 minutes later a taxi has still not even been asigned.Companys these fays lack the basic human moral of honesty and think customers wont care.Find another taxi rank is my opinion, one that values you as a customer, i know thats a hard ask.

Very Poor service & Rude behaviour from the Driver (Plate Number SO13 FOD)! Despite providing flight number, passenger mobile, drop off address and pre-paid for the airport pickup trip at time of booking (a week in advance). The Driver kept calling the wrong number just as the plane landed without any consideration that passenger will need some minutes to pick up luggage from carousel and clear immigration. It took several calls to the Operator to find the Driver. The Driver struggled to find the address, which took a call to the Operator to direct the Driver. The Driver harrassed the passenger for money despite been told the taxi has been pre-paid. A passerby had to intervene before the Driver drove off in anger. Leap Taxis should train their Drivers and also teach them to speak some english. I called the Operator to provide feedback but he was very defensive and unwilling to take my feedback. The only person that was helpful was the initial person that took booking details and payment. Very horrible experience!!!

Having rate this before I would now give it one or no stars. Have been told its fully booked when the operation is playing games on his phone or can't be bothered is very unprofessional for a public service. Try to book a taxi at 8pm I told its fully booked. It was also one of their own drivers that told me this when I inquired way they were always fully booked, that they were sat waiting for jobs while the operator was sat playing with his phone.
