Journey from Worcester to Hereford Do NoT Use this taxi firm. Went through red lights using mobile to Google route speeding through 30mile zones at 65 miles per hour. The taxi was arranged by the train station due to delayed trains. We have made a complaint but no response as yet. Dangerous driving throughout the journey!!!

always been late! gave them another opportunity, late again, then wrong car. then had to wait a further 20 mins. had to use my own car to avoid being late for appointment. will never use again , totally unreliable and no apologies ethier.

I used them when my car broke down. They were a picture of efficiency and professionalism. Drivers Yassir and Z were not only expert drivers but also warm and friendly people. Highly recommended.

We were picked up by Zubaid right on time Friday Sept 8th 10.00 This was to be a return to places from my childhood to share with my partner. Zubaid took a lively interest and at my invitation joined us instead of just sitting in the taxi. He was so friendly and his demeanour was so positive that it improved the experience for us. What a friendly and relaxed person he was and a credit to the company. Cheers to you Zubaid!

After our horse lorry had a tech issue late at night breakdown cover arranged Toa to pick myself and my two sons one only being 2 years old after car seat fitted we set off, fuel was required before the long journey driver offered me a take away coffee which I really appreciated, good driving and comfortable car. Thank you

Had booked 3 taxis a month in advance and was quoted a price only to be contacted 10 minutes before they were due to arrive telling me that they now wanted 20% more money otherwise they wouldn't take us. Weren't apologetic in the slightest. Shocking!!

Do not use this company. 15mins late on more than one occasion. They will not get you to where you need on time. So disappointed with this service it’s unreal.
