Not good. Outrageously expensive. I was charged 5.99 for my product and five minutes later priced it for 4.50 in Boots. I called and they told me they would refund me. When I went in they said no as it was an OTC medication. Breathtaking markup.

This pharmacy is so welcoming and friendly. My son’s regular prescription are taken care for not only through ordering but delivering with extra care. And although their stock has a really great range of products, they would source anything we ever required out of ordinary. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF!

This pharmacy was readonably good a few months ago. Recently the customer service is atrocious, completely useless in communication(mainly sales staff). Pharmacist doesn’t communicate with the GP practice in case of shortage of medicine etc, so patient has to sort out by making another appointment with the GP practice, which causes not taking a certain medication for 3 to 4 days.

I have been using this chemist for years however over the last couple of months there service has gone down hill. Repeat prescription wrong or items not ordered, always the Gp fault when the GP has not received the request. Rude staff when trying to sort out problem. I have now moved to another chemist as I need a reliable service and they could no longer offer this.

I have always received brilliant services from this Pharmacy when collecting my parents medication. Repeats are always ordered promptly upon my request and if something is out of stock the GP is emailed (not the pharmacies fault if they don't reply). The staff here are very kind and compassionate ensuring everyone receives a great service whenever I have visited.I suspect many of the poorer reviews are due to people going into the pharmacy to collect medication when they have run out then run into issues when there is a supply problem. Word of advice to those patients - don't leave it so late go a week earlier so that way if there are any issues they can be dealt with, it's all over the news about medication supply issues, be proactive about it.
