The rudest people ever work here. Unnecessarily blunt and the worst customer service I've ever received. Especially from one of the women on the phone.I have never rented with this company and honestly I never would if their customer service is anything to go by

Fraser has been absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. This was the first time I've been involved in selling a house, and it wasn't in great circumstances. He was straightforward and helpful and happy to explain how these things work. It was great to have a local company who knew the road (and house!).

Worst service which I have ever received.. We done viewing the property. We send all the documents and everything was done...they send us the mail the property was not available,they didn't even answer the calls... Don't trust them blindly

Rented from Fairhalls for just over 3 years. During this time all repairs were carried our straight away. This even included a new washing machine. And my deposit was paid back hastle free. If I ever needed to rent in the area aging I would go back to Fairhalls in a heartbeat. Thank you

Me and my partner are searching for a property. He works Monday to Saturday afternoon so viewing is difficult to do together. When asked if I could book a viewing for a Saturday afternoon I was told by Fraser that 2pm for a second viewing was a push and completely disregarding work schedules. It made me and my partner feel like we were being an inconvenience wanting to view. Upon the viewing we were barely spoken to and the sentences were very short and questions unanswered as if it was a chore to talk and to be present at 2pm on a Saturday. As first time buyers we are very put off and will be trying not to have any dealings with them.
