Very pleased with the result. The fireplace looks great and the installers were quick and professional.They've got tonnes of stuff in shop so I'm sure you'll find what you want.

Had Gazco Vogue Midi stove installed in conservatory, alongside the required gas works. Excellent job completed by Matthew and Graham (father and son team). Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as well as being immaculately clean and tidy. Look brilliant - would highly recommend

Great selection of fireplaces in this shop. The staff answered all of our questions and helped us pick out the best fire and fireplace for our living room. They also provide a free survey which is handy.

Today I had an electric fire installed into a Victorian fireplace. Very few around and Berkshire Fireplace Centre sourced me one and installed it today. Graham could not have been more helpful, it was not a straight forward installation but he never gave up! Cannot thank Graham and the team enough. They also have an amazing showroom in Reading displaying fires, stoves etc.Great service. Thank you.

Highly recommend. Fitted our Gazco 135R electric fire with very little mess or disruption.The fitting and making good all to a high very standard. Very happy with finished job. Looks amazing.

I had horrible blank protruding walls with no character. Berkshire Fireplace has lovely staff who offered me genuine advice on the right fit for my style and size of property. They kept me informed all through the purchase and are reliable workers.I bought two fires from them at an affordable rate and would commend their workmanship and customer service.Highly recommended.

VERY RUDE woman in this branch who doesn't want £4k of business, based on my interactions with her! I could list what went on here, but to be honest, i don't think she'd care or anything would change, so why bother?! If every business treated potential customers like this, they wouldn't be in business for long! AVOID

Unfriendly service with a 'you're lucky we're serving you' attitude. The range in the shop is good so you can look at a number options, but don't ask any questions to understand more! Prices are the same as in other stores so I would avoid this store.

Mum and I visited a few months ago and were assisted by a young gentleman (I've forgotten his name, sorry). He politely greeted us, answered some questions, and left us to to browse, before assisting us with putting in an order. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and lovely. Prior to this we had also called as mum has mobility issues and we were unsure of parking, and he said we could pull up in the staff parking area. We later interacted with Sam and our fitter, Graham, and his colleague. All were lovely and we were particularly impressed and grateful when Graham picked up on my hesitancy post fitting and fed back, meaning Sam realised there had been a mistake/miscommunication with the order, and they proactively contacted us to fix.
