Thank you Hayley for all your hard work, care and attention in restoring my previously forlorn and cat-shredded elbow chair. You have done an amazing job of recovering it in a wonderful fabric, and adding a new padded back. I absolutely love it! It has now been moved to a main hallway where we all now see it more often, and it sparks joy! You have breathed new life into an old chair. Five star ratings all round. You truly have a gift. Upcycling at its best. Highly recommended.

Hayley is a top notch upholsterer. She gives really good advice re fabrics to which pieces of furniture would suit being invested in. Her work is beautiful, Hayley has recovered an armchair and more recently 4 extremely old and tired dining chairs. Both of these projects took furniture that could have easily been skipped into beautiful pieces that I am proud to have in my home. I would thoroughly recommend the Chair Lady.

Hayley and Carol are very professional and have made a wonderful job of recovering my sofa also making me new seat cushions. I loved my old sofa but just needed new cushions and a recover.just the job so pleased with my new sofa.

We are soooo pleased with the cushions Hayley made us for the bench in our new kitchen. We had a couple of other quotes but Hayley was not only competitive, her service had the ‘personal’ touch. She came and visited us in our home to ensure the area was correctly measured and she also offered some good advice based on her experience of similar projects which, as it turned out, was spot on! Hayley is really friendly but equally very professional. I would highly recommend her and will definitely use her company again!

I had new cushions made up for my motorhome by Hayley and Carol @ the Chair Lady and I must say what an excellent job they made of them. All went smoothly from start to finish, with good advice and good communications, and there was a large selection of very nice fabrics to choose from. And considering the price rise of everything today, the overall cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Chair Lady; you won't be disappointed. Thank you.

We approached Hayley after being recommended by a friend. We have a very old, large second hand sofa that was in need of something! Hayley was honest with us and told us that it was worth covering. We didn't really know what to expect but the finished product is amazing. It has completely given the sofa a new lease of life and it looks brand new. Hayley provided loads of helpful advice of suitable fabrics to meet my demands and current style, and recommended a wide range of reputable top quality suppliers.Most importantly though, the chairs have had a totally new lease of life and have been look amazing with a top quality professional finish to them. Really happy with the finished product, which fits in now with the rest of the house too.

Hayley offered many fabric samples based on my choice of colours and obtained the one I picked swiftly. She removed all the pads from my stools in situ, upholstered all 4 beautifully and put them all back together for me. I also had a large cushion cover made for my snuggler chair with great attention given to the finish. I was really impressed with Hayleys work.

Hayley, The Chair Lady's work in transforming my 50 year old 1970s TV chair is second to none. Absolutely thrilled with the outcome and the chair has a new lease of life. Hayley's skill is clearly evident and her workmanship is excellent. Wish I had taken a before photo to show the improvement. Pricing is fair and I have no hesitation recommending her.
