Very good. Just wish there were more tills open with humans serving. Had to get help a couple of times and although this happened quickly it would have been easier if we had a real human being in the first place!

Everyone mostly helpful, parking is easy but traffic going to Trostre can make it difficult to get away, better road system would help.

I went to B and Q Llanelli Saturday 23rd Sept 2023Floundering around looking at bathroom sinks, Dave crossed my path.Excuse me, can you help me please? I said and from there he was exceptional.What can I say, he was more helpful than I expected him to be.He had the time and enthusiasm to convince me he enjoyed what he was doing.He was prepared to go the extra mile and did and would have gone further to assist me if I'd wanted.Who needs internet shoppping when you have a Dave.Thanks Dave for your time and assistance to me yesterday.Don't ever close your shops when you employ people like Dave.

Poor customer service, we have had a problem with a product that’s been on going since February and had no proper communication until we had to come back into store to complain. They have no management for departments just one manager for all that knows nothing about the products! Said they would do one thing and then goes against their word, not only that was advised saying we shouldn’t have the product where it is to then say no we are allowed in a weeks time, just a shambles and very unhelpful, unfortunately had to take this further and go through trading standards, £700 down for a piece of rubbish! Will never shop here again.

Plenty of parking and it’s a large store. However don’t bother asking any technical advice as I did regards a plumbing fitting. The member of staff told me they are only there to show where items are in the store and they have no technical / professional knowledge.

Was served and assisted with a very large trolly of flooring and other bits and bobs By. Peter and Bethan at b&q trostre Llanelli what a great asset to the company service with a smile and plenty of assistance
