My son trains here twice a week & I train once a week - we've been coming for over 6 months now it has a warm, Friendly atmosphere everyone is so welcoming.Rob is great at what he does and his experience shows in his different training styles - he also has the patience of a Saint with the kids class! Lol

Brilliant classes in a range of disciplines and for all ages and abilities. The head coach and members are supportive not only in your training but in helping you overcome your personal obstacles as well. Would definately reccomend.

Supportive yet intense about training Blue Dragons Rob Rooney is dedicated in pulling out the best in his students. The atmosphere is welcoming and has a flair for the 90's. Highly recommended.
