I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a truly welcoming atmosphere.A special shoutout to Taher, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness truly set the standard for exceptional customer service. He was always there to offer assistance, provide recommendations, and ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The hotel itself is a gem impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The location along the Albert Embankment is breathtaking, offering stunning views of the Thames and easy access to some of London's most iconic landmarks.I can't recommend the Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment enough, and a huge thank you once again to Taher for making my stay truly special.

Amazing hotel and amazing service. The front desk people were very helpful and accommodating. Really enjoyed staying at this Hyatt regency location. Rooms very modern as well! The only downfall is if you are a tourist it is a bit far from everything but at the same time puts you right in the middle of the all the touristy spots. Plus the bus station is right down the road.

We had an amazing stay! The entire staff was so accommodating and kind. Every member of the front desk answered questions and made sure to make my child feel so special and welcome. The concierge, Taher, was the best and constantly helped us and interacted with my son. He helped make our first trip to London extra special.

Rooms are small, if you have a big suitcase and a cabin case, it’ll be tricky to open, but the shower is nice. The hotel has a weird no food delivery policy, refused to send utensils to the room if you have your food delivered. The room service has a hidden fee of £5 for tray charge. Ordered a lasagna it was undercooked. Nearest tube station is 7mins away by walking. View will be nice if you have the rooms to the river side.I really expected a better service from Hyatt Regency. As an Explorist I have stayed in many Hyatt hotels, there can be a bit more to desire. The security guy and receptionist called Megan they are really nice.

Overall morning and evening staff was great but not sure what the night staff was laughing about giving me my water bottles. I get that I ask about it near the same time but I’m busy guy and pints don’t have enough water! Knock a star for night service but still overall great place to stay.Upgrade: I got upgraded from my globalist status. I will say I don’t think the hotel was too busy so that was a nice perk. The room: TL;DR: it’s awesome. While small like NYC but honestly didn’t feel claustrophobic. I really liked it and the bathtub as well as shower room was AMAZING! And the heated toilet seat and heated towel rack is game changer.

Stayed at the Hyatt last week - celebrating my fiancé’s birthday. Being a Hyatt member is a must and I am so glad I picked this hotel. It was easy to navigate to and from all our excursions during our stay. It was a comfortable room and the staff was amazing. I would recommend this location to anyone, weather you’re a Hyatt member or not.

This is a great hotel tucked in an ideal spot on Albert embankment. The staff is excellent and friendly. I was particularly impressed with Taheer at the concierge desk. He was extremely helpful. He was extremely accommodating. He was wonderful at anticipating what your knees might be, and then making sure they were attended to. the location on the Thames is ideal. They are great views of parliament and Westminster Abbey. It’s far enough from the hustle and bustle. of the bridge at Westminster yet a short walk gets you there. It’s situated within reasonable walking distance from several underground stations and multiple buses. This will definitely be my go to place when staying in London.

I stayed in this hotel for one night in last week. Arrived at the hotel quite early in the morning and was told that rooms are not ready. I told Rebecca who was serving me at the reception lobby that my phone battery almost died out, she explained there is no available iPhone charging wires that can be borrowed. However, she helped me to charge my phone at the back of the reception area instead, which helped me a lot with her fast charging socket! In the morning, she told me the room (Deluxe River view high floor) I booked will be on the 7th floor. At first, it is a bit disappointed to me as there is no room upgrade to me as a Explorist at first and the 7th floor should just be considered as the middle floor of the hotel while the hotel has 12-13 floors in total, which makes no sense to me as the room I booked is a high floor.Things changed when I returned back to the hotel in the evening, that she upgraded me to the Deluxe river view high floor with balcony room and I am very satisfied with this room especially the balcony and that Hyatt upgrade benefits can finally be used in this hotel. The deluxe river view room with balcony was very nice, with a comfy bed, a desk for me to work on my office work, and a large bathtub with Toto Japanese toilet. Except the need to call the reception to request for items to borrow such as toothpaste and toothbrush, the room is nicely furnished. For the environment of this hotel it is a 10 minutes walk from the tube and train station at Vauxhall, it’s a bit of walking distance specially for people who may have more than one luggage.Things that can improve are that the reception area can add a line specially for Hyatt members. I visited many Hyatt hotels and there is none of it in this hotel. I guess it is due to the area of the lobby? It would be best if I can also request items through the Hyatt app so that I don’t need to call the reception every time.Overall, the hotel is very nice with great river views seeing the Big Ben and Westminster, easy access to the London tube and train station at Vauxhall. Would recommend to anyone who looks for a nice stay with river views in zones 1-2.

I visited last week with a dear friend, the rooms are not big but cozy. The service is excellent, especially at breakfast, the staff are really nice and kind. At the reception, the service is pleasant except for 1-2 employees without the strength to smile. I visited with a good friend from Israel, when we went up to the Lebanese restaurant upstairs, as soon as they heard that my friend was from Israel, everyone turned around with a look of disgust. The food in the restaurant is at the lowest level, just horrible and a cartel atmosphere when they looked at us with penetrating looks. I am sorry that such a hotel has a racist restaurant in an atmosphere of terror and this is the feeling they gave to mean and my Israeli friend. Instead of finding a restaurant and authentic classic British food, we found an atmosphere of anger and hatred in the Lebanese restaurant. I do recommend the restaurants near the hotel, which are of a high standard. The British are amazing and pleasant people and we really enjoyed our stay in England except for the horrible and hostile reception in the Lebanese restaurant upstairs.
