Fantastic Jeweller,A ring I had been told couldn't be resized elsewhere or had been quoted into the thousands to repair was taken in and perfectly resized 4 sizes down and the claws redone. For a great price and by a highly skilled goldsmith.My partner and i couldn't be happier with this service furthermore the staff are very welcoming.

Poor service, i had a rather simple problem with a broken ring n a loop replacement needed on a st Christopher, plus i had old gold to be scrapped, they had to send this to there jeweller which took about 6 days, when i called there was still no quote fot repair, i called n they said they will get bk to me the jeweller had been ill, fair enough i thought, then we had a call asking us what exactly needs to be done when id been in n it was pretty obvious, the ring was broken n the loop had worn, i needed a price n i was hoping i could agree this n just get the work completed. A quote came in at £150 which i thought was reasonable, then i got a call after id agreed for the work to be completed, to say come n get ur stuff the jeweller said there TOO MANY PROBLEMS??? That's why i brought it in to be fixed, my partner goes to collect it n asked again why n they said is refusing work, Helpful alot cheers Miss Grace

After irreversibly ruining a friends wedding ring they were rude enough not to accept any responsibility or even refund the £25 paid to have it cleaned.

Avoid!!!I had a white brushed gold wedding ring with shining/smooth edges. I took it into Miss Grace as I have always used them in the past. I asked them to clean it... when I came back to collect it I noticed the whole ring was shiny & smooth? I told them that this didn't look like my ring anymore and they then accused me of asking for it it to be done this way...which I never did. They then said I never told them it was brushed gold? Surely a jewelers can see that? I could’ve bought a plain wedding ring like the one I was given a lot cheaper than the one I had made to look the way it did. Anyway, eventually they offered to fix it...I had shown the photos of what it looked like new.When I came to collect it the second time, the whole ring was completely brushed without the shiny edges... and now had damages such as a flat spot from the file machine and little nicks missing out of it, and also a strange colour? I was heartbroken... I then asked to speak to the manager and was told she wasn’t there but would call me first thing the next day.It got to 4pm the following day and I still hadn’t heard anything, I then called in myself to speak to the manager (who had no idea who I was) but she was incredibly rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, patronising and offered no remedy what so ever and took absolutely no responsibility for what had happened to my wedding ring. You would think at the very least they would of offered to refund the £25 they took of me to clean it!So I paid £25 to have my wedding ring ruined, which cannot just be replaced like a normal piece of jewellery.I’ve now had to go to another jewellers, who have identified themselves that the ring is damaged and cannot be put back to its original form...I will now be taking this further, which I didn't want to fo. At the end of the day mistakes can happen, but the aftercare and attitude was shocking.Please don’t make the same mistake!

DONT GO HEREOver priced and takes way to long, I took my ring here to be fixed and was told it will be anywhere from £75 to fix one claw and take a month to do so so I went to Matthews down the same same side as peacocks £15 and I got it back in 3 days.

I inherited a pocket watch which was not working i tried to have it repaired at several large high street jewelers told it was irrepairableTook it to Miss Grace repaired in 2 weeks fantastic service
