ibis Belfast Queens Quarter

Extremely nice staff, perfect location, bars restaurants, take aways 2 mins away. I've loved my weekend in Belfast and this place helped. No problems with cleanliness, it was spotless so in that category 10/10.

Great location, just a ten minute walk into the main city centre but lots to see and do close by. Room was on the 4th floor. Quiet room. A bit on the small side but fine to use as a base. Probably needs a bit of an update in the bathroom - tiles and grouting looks a bit grubby and tired. Very good value for money given the location. Breakfast was a buffet with a choice of full English or continental. Tasted ok but nothing special. The bar area attracts both locals and hotel guests - standard hotel bar prices. All staff very helpful and informative. We booked a trip to the Giants Causeway through the hotel reception with a hotel pick up - really helpful service to hsve available! There's also a PC and printer so we could print our boarding passes!

Friendly staff members. Room lovely and warm. Bed really comfy. Plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast good but quite a restricted choice.Downside was a settee bed made up in room so limited space slightly,especially in reaching for switch to turn on hair dryer. Evening meals over priced and not very nice. Would not recommend evening meals and choice limited.

Wonderful stay, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, location was great, and the shower is super nice and strong! Breakfast is really nice too, with good hot options, in case you're not sure about buying it. I didn't want to leave last day!

This hotel exceed my expectations. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The standard room is very spacious with a tv. The shower is also great. The level of cleanliness was outstanding! I went out of my way to try and find a spec of dirt, I didn’t find any great level of cleanliness. I really was looking for a reason not to give this hotel four stars but it thoroughly deserves it. It’s great value for money for being so close to the city centre (ten minute walk). I would love to stay again. If all Ibis hotels are at the same standard as this one then I will definitely have no Hesitation in booking them again. Great work!

Excellent in every respect. Clean, well-furnished, and staffed by friendly, helpful staff. Check-in was quick and easy. Air-conditioned worked and couldn't be switched off. Window could be opened. Curtains kept out the daylight. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty, except for the orange juice which was rather dull and not fruity. If there was one thing that might be improved, it would be the inclusion of a safe in each room. The staff genuinely cared about my stay and were very attentive.
