I contacted Darren on hearing noises in our loft space. From the moment he arrived at the property he was very professional and helpful answering all my questions easing my rather squeamish panic about the situation. He treated our property with respect using disposable shoe coverings which I very much appreciated. When I phoned a few days after the initial treatment he once again dealt with my queries in a reassuring manner and on his return for the second visit we discussed the possibility of decontamination once the issue had been resolved. However he did not indulge in pressure sales instead simply explained the process and leaving me to take time to decide if I wished to proceed. I highly recommend his services and feel confident in his ability not only to deal with the issue but to guide a ‘first time customer’ through the experience calmly and professionally.
