Business & Executive Limos

Having used Graeme and Executive limos 3 times now, i cannot stress how they are Best in the Business".Punctual

I must stress this - the limo itself was absolutely beautiful. We reached our destination safely and on time - but the 'customer service' was utterly shocking.We booked this limo for my hen party and were warned on booking that if there were any gay man that started 'giving cheek' they would be 'chucked out'. We were also quoted an 'Edinburgh price' as a gesture of good will for booking, as we were travelling from Fife to Glasgow. We were quoted and it was agreed £360 and that we had to pay a £50 deposit to secure, which would come off our bill on the day and that we would be picked up whenever we required and we agreed at 3am. That agreed on the day we were picked up at the point, we had agreed but were told we would be getting picked up at 1.30am and when my flamboyant friend made a couple of jokes the limo driver was exceptionally rude and said that if he didn't 'shut his mouth he'd be going f****** nowhere'. We let it go thinking this was a one off, but this happened again in the limo when we were all screaming and laughing at he told my gay friend to 'shut his f****** pus'. We were told we could stop on route for toilet breaks and when we asked to do so the driver told us every service station was closed and we'd just have to hold on to it. On arriving at Glasgow we paid over £360 and realised he hadn't deducted the £50 deposit, when we queried him on this he told us we had been quoted 'nothing like that' and that he would 'never quote a price like that for a Glasgow run' and we'd be 'getting f*** all money back*. When we queried the pick up time he then said no later than 1am - much earlier than we had agreed! He argued this point as well saying we'd never agreed anything of the sort and only backed down when we confronted him with his text message on our phone saying 1.30am pickup. We ended up heading back to Fife just after 12am, where we were told there would be no drop off points and that the 24 hour service station was again closed (despite cars driving into it!) but then he proceeded to drop off my gay friend and then said he would do drop off's less than 5 minutes away from our pick up point where we had passed mostly everyones homes. He then stopped in a bus station and ordered us out saying his car wouldn't fit anywhere else.I have never been so glad to get out of a car in my life!!I would not recommend!!!!

I have to say that kenny the driver was punctual and totally patient and great with the kids they had a great run picked up on time dropped off at prom on time and they were all smiles when they went in to enjoy the prom thank you for a great experience executive limos (Graham )

Terrible service we had a limo booked for our wedding for a return trip which we payed for up front. Left us at the ceremony and we had to organise something else.Would never recomend this company to any one walking would be a better option.

The best advice i can give is to completely avoid using this company. This company took the money up front, took the bridal party to the chapel and then left to do another hire and left the bridal party to find their own way back after us having paid for and agreed the return trip. If you absolutely have to use them then be sure to get everything in writing and have a plan B. Also, if you want to find out more you would be best contacting those individually who have been let down.

Why do people get good service and other get poor, not sure. Everyone should get the same service , as they are paying the same.Why did the limo driver leave my wedding party stranded. Our hire was to take the wedding party from Kirkcaldy to Glenrothes and return to Kirkcaldy. This did not happen they where left in Glenrothes to find their own way back. How frustrating was that. I will not recommend this Limo Company.
