James and Jamie arrived at my house, on time and ready to start first thing. They were efficient, professional, friendly and were quick to carry out the installation required.I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring any boiler services.

I noticed my boiler was leaking damaging the skirting boards and walls in the utility room so I called Efficiency Gas Services as soon as I woke up today.Jaimie and his partner were knocking at my door when I was still on my bed and before I could change my pijamas [Literarily].A plumber said he will have to make a hole in the wall to be able to fix the leak but I read online that you need a gas safe engineer to get things sorted and perhaps they won’t needed to drill holes on the walls ( cost money to repair too)Jamie and his partner James check what could be wrong and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price.100% recommended and I defo will use the services again.

Called this company out and James and Jamie turned up with smiles on their faces. After being messed about by some other companies was great to see. These guys are genuine, love what they do and most important tracked the problem I was having with my boiler which was missed by the other companies that came out.As a hair and beauty salon they were out the same day and fixed the issue. I would not hesitate to use these guys again and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Contacted them on Wednesday to see if they could install my new gas cooker they installed it today (Friday). James and Jamie were very friendly, quick and thorough. Would not hesitate to call them again.

Absolutely fantastic service - I needed help with my boiler and Jamie responded immediately, which was such a relief. The team worked diligently, professionally and to a very high standard - nothing was too much trouble and they left no stone unturned. Our old boiler suddenly stopped working ,so we needed to get a new one fast! We saw Efficiency Gas Services advertised on Google, and they had 5 star reviews, so we phoned them, and within an hour, Jamie called round to see what the problem was. Within a couple of days we had our new boiler installed. We highly recommend Jamie and James.Very professional, friendly. and did an amazing job. Much better price than any of the big companies. On Fri night my 13 year old boiler bit the dust. Jamie appeared an hour after my emergency call the next morning & advised it would be throwing away good money in the hope it could be repaired which I agreed. Giving me an excellent price for a new one he said he would come round tomorrow, with his partner James, to install it, to which I agreed. They have not long left & I am delighted with their work, attention to detail & pleasant, professional manner.Still can't believe how quickly & conscientiously you sorted out my heating/hot water problems in literary, 1 day! We phoned first thing in the morning after our boiler wouldn't turn on last night. The guys were round an hour or so later to have a look and diagnose the problem. We were worried we would need a new boiler but they reassured us that they could fix it - we were delighted as it was a much more affordable solution. They returned later the same day to do the repair. Super friendly, no nonsense approach - just got on with it! Great service and didn't give us the runaround at all. Will definitely be first port of call again with any future issues.Highly recommend.
