It's now over two weeks since I have been trying to get my faulty camera repaired or replaced, I have phoned them, emailed them and got no response from them whatsoever. Securicam UK and there sister companies just want to get the money of you for goods, they won't give you any warranty or after sales help. They are one of the worst companies to buy cctv equipment of in the UK please do not purchase of this company they will not give you any back up whatsoever and seem to get away with it, if I could I would give them zero stars.

Amazing service ordered 3 cameras for my business. Was given a date for installation, guys arrived on time and did a fantastic efficient job. Cameras are super quality. Have recommended to all my family and friends.

Very helpful and quick service! Went through all the options over the phone and decided to go with 2 cameras, we decided an extra camera was needed and they sent out the fitters very promptly at short notice. Fantastic service and highly recommended for any businesses or shops out there needing an extra bit of security!

12 camera install done to perfection on my home. Fantastic service and best price out there. Amjid and Salwan are both professional and friendly lads. Know exactly what they are doing. The Hikvision system is brill and the camera images are perfect. Really pleased with it all. Will def be recommending them to everyone. Cctv is a great tool to have. Invest in it people. I ordered 3 Hikvision Dome cameras and a Hikvision Turbo DVR not knowing what to expect as CCTV is all new to me. They explained all the features in great detail and I couldn't wait for the installation date.The quality of the cameras is amazing, I can even watch them from my iPhone, anywhere!! Great service and the team were so helpful in explaining and advising me where to place the cameras. Just fantastic, I wouldn't recommend any other company but Securicam!

I recently had a system with CCTV for my business and I'm really pleased with the professionalism of this company. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff who got the job done quickly. Very happy with the cabling as well, they used high quality cables and the picture quality is fantastic. There was also no mess left behind and the best bit is that there are no cables hanging about.

Fantastic service from start to finish, highly recommend.I booked a visit with Securicam to advice which CCTV package was best suited to my needs; the members of staff were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail. I was provided with several options which were within my budget. Once I was happy to go ahead the system was fitted within a week. The CCTV installers were extremely friendly and got on with the job with minimal fuss, I must give it to them they even carried on with the install whilst it was throwing it down. All wires were nicely hidden and the image quality was brilliant. The demo for using the DVR and mobile app was spot on. If you ever require CCTV it’s a no brainer who to chose, Securicam all the way.
