Absolutely shocking. Extremely rude office manager and could not provide any estimate of repair time for my boiler. They kept waiting 7 days with a broken Worster boiler. It needed the pump replacing which according to other plumbers approached could have been acquired by the following day. A vet sarcastic plumber eventually came to replace the pump after 7 days with no boiler. My insurance company Homeserve contracted South West Heating and therefore I had no choice. We will be taking out new boiler cover to ensure that we don't use them again. Unfortunately I am forced to select 1 star.

Such an amazing service, professional and competitively priced! Saved mine and my son's Christmas as we had no hot water and no one else was willing to help us. Will definitely be calling again if needed and will recommend to others.

After a couple of days of no heating downstairs, we rang our heating breakdown cover bods, who arranged for an Engineer from South West Heating Services to take a look. Two days later engineer arrived in the morning, had a look, and found that a motor had burned out. Had replacement on van. All fixed in about an hour. Heating was back on downstairs when he left. Excellent service.

As a pensioner on my own I was very impressed with this company.I rarely leave reviews but feel I must in this case.Having no heating was a huge issue for me and as soon as I picked up the phone I knew it was the right decision.I had an engineer come out the very same day and my boiler was fixed.I wouldnt use anyone else.Lovely staff to deal with and very clean and tidy.

Excellent service, with a new born baby in the house Shane was was able to get an engineer out the same day. The problem was fixed straight away, excellent service and very friendly.Highly recommend!

After a little misunderstanding with the insurance cover and communication.The service provided and fitment went really well.Polite,courteous engineer and all resolved to a more than satisfactory solution.Thank you :)

Avoid this company if you want good customer service or good technical service, and deal with them at your own peril. They take no responsibility for what their staff do/don't do. Despite all evidence to the contrary, they will insist that the plumber did a good job, and imply that the customer is a liar. I had boiler service cover with Scottish power/Domestic&General, which contracted SWHS to do the annual boiler service for one of my BTL properties. After the service, the boiler no longer worked. My tenants, who arrived in April from overseas, had never had a gas boiler, and did not understand how boilers work. The two showers in the property are instant electrical showers and are not fed by the boiler. Because they had warm water in the showers in both bathrooms, the tenants reported that the boiler sort-of works"

Edited to reflect owners feedback.There was one issue with my boiler that was the condensation pipe being blocked which in turn shorted out the main board. The boiler being filled with water is surely a massive hint which South West Heating failed to identify on four occasions.When the problem was eventually diagnosed an engineer turned up to repair only to declare on arrival he didn't have the necessary equipment to do so and it wasn't really his job anyway!So we were without heating for the best part of four weeks thanks to all this messing around.They did fix a small leak from a valve in the cupboard satisfactory but it wasn't the boiler was it?In the end we found a competent engineer that fixed the issue in about 30 minutes and wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty.I do not recommend South West Heating for the above reasons.

Had a boiler service recently which was quickly dealt with. Also had two leaks on a radiator, which engineer said he would order the parts. 9 days not heard from them. I telephoned, was told to leave it with them and they would get back to me. 8 days later I had telephoned again. Was told to leave it with them to sort out. I requested that they would telephone me. I am refilling the boiler every few days. I have a vulnerable 90 year living with me. Still not received a phone call.
