Ultrasound Direct Hereford

This is our second time using ultrasound direct and I cannot fault them. We found out the gender of baby no.2 last night (2/12/21) and it was a wonderful experience. I cannot thank the staff enough (I think Elaine and Stephanie, but not 100% on the names) they were excellent, and funny! We were the last ones in and they were having some technical issues but they couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly! Thank you for such a positive experience for us all!

Amazing service from start to finish from team Hereford! We were warmly welcomed and the lady greeting us was great and adhered perfectly to covid restrictions we felt extremely safe, the sonographer was very friendly and informative telling us everything we wanted to know we feel they went above and beyond what they had to do to put our minds at ease! was a great to see our little squish, thank you for everything you do & continue to provide an amazing service.

I have had 3 ultrasound scans here with Melissa. Each time was an absolute joy. Melissa was an incredibly calming presence and always explained what she was doing and what we were seeing. Everybody has been amazed by the quality and clarity of our pictures. Highly recommend.

I can highly reccommend the Hereford clinic!I just had a 4D bonding experience and it was amazing. Staff were very welcoming, the sonographer took her time to properly check on the baby and to take a plenty of nice baby pictures and clips and I was not feeling rushed like in other clinics. I would definetely go again as it was really magical and enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Had a 4D bonding scan. I was told sonographer had made a mini clip in 4D of baby looking like he was smiling, checked on images sent and no mini clips at all of baby. I was told baby was in a brilliant position so I have no idea why I didn’t receive any mini clips. Contacted the company in hope they would resolve it, was told you don’t always receive mini clips. Scan felt Rushed (probably because they was behind.) Absolutely gutted, due to a complicated pregnancy these videos were very important for us. I could of experienced the same images I received during a gender scan where you receive the 4D preview and saved myself money. Not the experience I expected for £95 and that was before travelling costs.

Excellent service from Melissa and the team at Hereford. Managed to fit me in the same day when requested, this was my third appointment with them and each time they have been friendly and professional and make me and my husband feel very welcome. Would highly recommend.

Lovely and warm staff, took plenty of images and videos for me including 4D and then made them accessible for me online. Didn't feel rushed at all like how it can with NHS scans. Highly recommend.

We went to the one in Hereford they were so polite and the scans and photos were amazing. They spent the time to make sure they could see the baby properly and ensure I’ve got the best experience out of all of it.
