Really friendly, helpful and prompt.My card took a wee while to register (rubbish signal area) and the driver was really kind and told me not to worry and relax.100% perfect service from the initial call to dropped outside the house

Booked a taxi via that app at around 9am for 6pm that night and as we are waiting for it turning up it cancelled 8 minutes before we were due to be picked up. We called to see why and get another one and the woman on the phone just said no they had none at all. Never had a taxi cancel on me, let alone last minute, until now. Wouldn't have minded if we were called or given a reason or more notice. We have now missed a dinner reservation as we couldn't get there on time
