ROSHINI = Great service and staff who look after your needs. All four brothers who own the shop are amazing.You can get everything you need as your local shop, everything fresh each given day as to fresh foods.There is fresh meat available where Paven cuts meat to your liking: where you get a great variety of different meats and they cater for for Bbq style of flavours.

They are a great family run business. Friendly, happy and always willing to order things in for me if I can't find it in store. When was the last time the bigger stores did that for the people complaining on here? If you had ever run a business, you would now that it costs money for each card transaction. Anyway, this is a recommended shop for all your local needs.

Came to return my parcel. Online states they do collect+ but once I came to the shop they straight away said they don’t do it. After telling them website says you do the old Man said ‚machine is broken’. I asked when it will be fixed he said one second and called the younger guy. He came ober with the most disgusting attitude. He told me to leave the shop and that he won’t serve me. I took a picture they have collect+ barcode sticker in store they are just too lazy to do it. Don’t go there !!

Goodness gracious. You walk in and the place has a horrible smell emanating from it. Has a wide collection and would love to have a browse/shop but they need to do a good clean out or disinfecting. Please!

The staff here seem to be unfriendly to anyone who isn't Sikh or Punjabi. Not a single hello, please, thank you or any other word was said to me by the cashier but he was happy to have a cordial chat with the Sikh guy served before me

Went to the shop yesterday (06/06/22) to post a Yodel parcel and they said they can't scan the barcode or print the label because the machine is not working. I thought, Fair enough I'll come back tomorrow." Rang up the shop today to find out if it's working. A person answered and said

Customer service has been lost with this shop, such miserable workers. No attempt to interact with their customers. Well I play off them being miserable and always tell them to smile and show a bit of care towards their customers, they seem to like me now maybe because I bring them out everytime and prob fin me a lil inimidating where they feel the need to be nice to me otherwise they know I will expose them lol
