This is the second time of using CHE Drainage Services, and I have had a great experience both times. Firstly they are good at communicating with you to let you know of availability/time of arrival which is reassuring from a customers point of view, and when initially talking about the job they clearly explained what was needed to be done and what we could expect. In terms of doing the actual work, the workmen were very professional and respectful of our home, and they even cleared up expected mess in our garden which was going to happen with the specific, job but we didn't expect them to do that at all. I would highly recommend to use them as they are very competitive pricing wise and they will do quality job. Will definitely be calling them again for future jobs.

I would highly recommend Dean at CHE Drainage Services. From initial inquiry Dean contacted me on a Sunday to discuss the issue and to confirm he will attend on the Monday. He also text me on the Monday morning to provide me with an update of time. After dealing with a number of other drainage companies who only provided me with more problems than solutions. Dean was able to identify the issue and even contacted Welsh water on my behalf to explain. Dean was very thorough in the investigation to the issues we were experiencing and thankfully we now have away forward. Called Dean out to a blocked and overflowed drain on Friday evening. The service was great from start to finish. He came out within the hour and solved the problem quickly and with no fuss. The clean up was great too. I would highly recommend.

The company was fast and reliable, twice they have come to the property and both times they have done fantastic work. We had blocked drains and drains that needed to be fixed. The workmen who came to the house promptly fixed the drains, the area was spotless afterwards and all rubbish was removed. Would fully recommend and will be contacting again if any further issues.
