I'm new to solar power but during lockdown thought I'd start a little off-grid project on my garage. I bought some of the parts I needed from two other suppliers and was disappointed by (the others supplier's) uncommunicated delays, whereas the two orders I made with Triple Solar were despatched with next day delivery and at a great price too (I wish I'd known about them earlier as I'd have used them for the entire system). A great, no-hassle supplier with fast delivery (even during lockdown).

Totally unprofessional company! Ordered some batteries and came delivered by unaware staff about the ADR regulations. The batteries were in a very bad state . When went there to return them personally on my expense I've been treated like a bad dog. The premises have some BIG issues as well. Be thothfull if work with this guy's!!!

Ok so the products are fine when they arrive however i made 3 separate orders with next day delivery and it took them well over a week to dispatch them. Most companies will dispatch same day or within 2-3 working days top however dispatching weeks later is not ideal.

the same as other customer my solar storage system broke before 1 year mr yogi gamee the financial director wouldnt replace my two pylontech 200d batteries like he said i sent him photos and videos he admitted they were broken but wont replace them, i spoke to EBAY and my bank and sent him a letter from trading standards (his goods are not fit for the purpose they were bought for) also the bank is going to do a reverse refund to get my money back

tried to order 8 batteries from this company, Rocky the salesman so incredibly rude, he sent insulting texts to my phone when I asked to speak to the manager. Never again. Customer service is nill, avoid at all costs.
