We have been using Simon for many years now. On Sunday our heating broke down and he came out the same day and managed to fix the problem right away. I find his prices very reasonable too.

Reliable , high quality work, reasonable price, friendly services. I am very happy with the works done 2 days ago, such as shower tap repair , new cooker installation, radiators maintenance .

Simon has been brilliant at servicing and keeping our central heating system functioning beautifully with an excellent understanding of components to repair so as to keep the work economical as well as taking a sustainable approach . He has been very helpful also with detective work to find some tiny leaks which built up over the time since the flats were built. It has been such a relief to know he is nearby and to be able to trust him totally with the work as well as with keys. Thanks Simon.

This is the fourth time that Simon has helped us. Whether it is big worklike installing a new boiler, repairing immersion heater, or small worklike repairing a water tap dripping, repairing a toilet cistern leaking ,Simon has always kindly and promptly responded to our requests. His work and his helpers are of great quality performed quickly and efficiently with reasonable price.I am really happy with all the works S KING LTD did for us. Installed a complete water/drainage and heating system on a 4 bed new build. Still struggling with ‘singing pipes’, drainage and heating issues; failed to rectify (and very hard to as the build finished and accessing piping is hard..). Would not use again
