Q Wedding Cards

I didn’t have a great experience with Q wedding cards. Their design initially had a lot of mistakes and they used inappropriate graphics in relation to the wedding events which were quite obvious. They said I would only get two rounds of back and forth to alter the design but this wouldn’t have been enough so I basically designed the whole thing myself. The finishing of the end product isn’t the best as the corners are all folded in. The printing wasn’t great, some of it came out a bit smudged and their logo is on the invite card which I think is unnecessary. They aren’t cheap so I expected much better and disappointed with the overall product however, I have no choice now. They also take the full payment right from when you order before you get the product whereas normally you pay half and then half when you get the final product.

We found the service very professional. We provided Ali with exactly what we wanted and due to his patience the plan came together very well. We were very happy with our wedding cards. We would certainly use his services again.Thank you very much Q Cards.Adriana and Steve

I had been looking for wedding invitations for a while and thankfully came across Q wedding cards and instantly fell in love with their collection. Quality is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. Once I selected my card, I had been a slightly picky and had to change some the wordings very last minute and Ali was kind enough to do this for me before my cards were printed. Ali was friendly and had a variety of card options to choose from. Really good service with the cards and the ink matching what was shown in the preview. The order arrived sooner than the expected delivery date and would recommend them.
