Outstanding gym. Tom looks after all his clients with a real personal touch. I’ve been training with Tom for a number of years and not only have I benefited so much physically from the training, I’ve also felt great mental benefits as well. Love Bomb Fitness! Tom is lovely and makes you feel really welcome it’s the first time I’ve ever felt comfortable actually going to a gym by myself! Classes are great and there’s something for everyone. Been going for around 4 months now and I can’t see myself ever leaving!!

Bomb Fitness is a great way to get fit! Tom makes it fun and is very encouraging to everybody taking part. Very welcoming towards people of all fitness levels. Highly recommend giving one to the classes a go! Always come out feeling like you’ve worked hard feeling great afterwards

Been training with ex pro fighter Tom for many years now. Great boxing coach and fitness trainer, with a wealth of experience in both fitness and nutrition etc. His classes are great to do with a great atmosphere ! His 121’s are for anyone of any fitness level, whether you want to learn to box from scratch or just finely tune your skills, or if you just want to get fit and in shape etc. Toms a great lad who everyone likes and would highly recommend him and his classes to anyone ! Get down and give it a try !

I have been training with Tom for a few years now. He is friendly and very good at what he does. The classes are always good and challenging and you will get put through your paces. If you are new to Exercising or Boxing, Tom is very helpful and will help and instruct you. Members are very friendly and welcoming too

Bomb fitness is a top gym! Great for all levels and Tom is great at teaching you better boxing technique if that’s what you want to learn! I’ve been doing boxing classes for years but I’ve progressed loads since coming to Bomb. Highly recommend to anyone, beginner or not.

Started this class couple week ago after being told I need to become more healthier and fitter for my upcoming operation. I joined with my friend it was hard after doing the circuit first time round after one lap I was ready to give up. Tom was supportive and encouraging and I carried on, been going twice a week now I feel better fitter and I can feel my strength and fitness better. I would highly recommend the gym and people who are in it are supportive you can go at your own pace, everyone encourages everybody and that's what's brilliant about it. I will 100% continue going after my recovery...Tom and the workouts and overall people are fantastic!!!!! Definitely recommend, even if your just starting your health kick journey!!

Love this gym! Great variety of classes, everyone friendly and welcoming. Always get a tough workout and leave feeling better. Tom is always on hand to help you out and run through technique.

Been training with Tom at bomb fitness since January he’s help me gain knowledge of different exercises I can train on my own in the gym along with making sure my technique is spot on. I’ve done 1 to 1 sessions with Tom but have currently started doing the classes which are boxing and fitness can’t fault the classes with Tom there’s a good variety every week with different stations in the time I’ve been training with Tom I have lost 3st would definitely recommend if your looking to add some boxing into your training plan wouldn’t go anywhere else now!
