The team went over and above when we realised that the unit was going to be too small, helped us get a bigger unit then helped us get started packing things in(Not their job) really friendly and highly recommended.

Great service from Craig and Alex at Len’s self storage. They went over and above to place items exactly where I wanted in the house, one heavy chair being taken a long route via the back garden! Service with a smile was exactly what I needed amidst what had been a difficult few weeks of house sale and house buying. I used the storage unit for a few months - the half price for three months makes their storage affordable. Excellent service all round!

I've had a very positive experience of Len's during the two years I've been using their storage facilities at Sighthill. The staff have been consistently friendly and obliging, always returning email messages and phone calls. Access to my storage units has been extremely trouble-free. I've experienced no problems. As regards removal, I can't speak too highly of their wonderful assistance in September 2021. Mine was a particularly fraught move but Len's removers were calm, reliable and professional throughout. I felt really supported.

My wife and I received really excellent service from our first enquiry to our furniture expertly being stacked in a storage unit and the access fob being handed over.All of the staff are knowledgable, friendly, helpful and - as we saw with Alex and Craig - highly skilled in taking heavy and awkward furniture out of our flat downstairs to the van and then safely storing it in the unit without any mishaps.At each stage the process was clearly described so we were never in doubt as to what was happening and what actions we needed to do. Being guided through the online check-in process was a definite bonus!We will definitely use the company again and would certainly recommend others to do it too.

I have had a storage lockup at Lens for about seven years and have always found the staff very pleasant and helpful. I chose Len’s originally as it was cheaper than a lot of the other storage companies. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I had anything to store.

I looked at several self store options before deciding on Len Lothian. The deciding factor was not just cost as they were not the cheapest but the people at the storage facility were lovely, helpful and professional, which wasn't my experience elsewhere. The facility seemed to be well managed, my unit was spotlessly clean as were all the surrounding areas, lifts and trolley park, and I just felt that my possessions would be safe there. Check in and check out were easy and I have no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely use them again.

We found ourselves having to use storage unexpectedly, with no previous experience. Catriona and the team guided us through what we needed, tips on arranging our items and went above and beyond to be as flexible and accommodating as possible to help us during a very challenging and stressful time. Now that things have settled down they’ve also helped us to get a longer term solution in place which better suits our current needs.We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Alex made the whole experience very easy. From explaining over the phone how storage worked and supplied costs for removal and storage of our furniture. On the day he called to let us know he was on way. He and Craig? Were very polite and a pleasure to have in the house. Nothing was a problem and we were loaded in the hour. Booking in at site was also simple if a bit long winded. If there system allowed entry of a post code to find address it would be simpler. I was shown the storage unit which looked clean and dry. Overall I would not hesitate to use them again if required.
