Rude receptionist with no empathyWe were running 15 mins late for a double appt for 2 kittens to get first vaccines. We called ahead and they said it would be fine.We arrived and were very apologetic for being late, was spoken to with an incredibly rude tone and told we probably wouldn’t be seen.Was very confused since we’d called ahead. Turns out the phone line goes through to a call centre who passed on the message but clearly not well enough. Call centre staff were very nice, can’t say the same for Bernie at reception.We were turned away rudely and told we couldn’t be seen. I was incredibly upset.The only reason this place is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is that the second receptionist whose name I did not catch was really lovely and tried to follow up with me.I found a new vet - absolutely no way I want to visit a vet who’s rude and turns us away. Also we had two tiny kittens and they didn’t even care to see them, who wouldn’t want to see two tiny kittens?!

Vet Adriana was simply an angel with my cat, who is full of... Personality. She was calm and managed to actually examine my cat and vaccinate her with patience and care. Best vet I've been to!

Really good with my scaredy-wuss cat, I was able to book an emergency appointment when needed, efficient, affordable appointments with friendly staff. Great all round, thank you.

Just took my 12 week old Husky puppy for her jabs, also kennel cough jab, worming and flee treatment. A very welcoming place, staff were friendly and helpful, the vet was brilliant, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them. I also took out a plan with them.

I want you say thank you to the staff in the practice. We said goodbye to our beloved pal today and the staff in the practice was just great. The Vet that was looking after our cat was amazing, I appreciate everything that was done for us. It is the hardest thing to say goodbye to your best friend but I know he is in better place now with no pain and suffering.

Nothing but profit and money seems to matter at this place. We have been with Goddard Kennington for 8 years and we had few set backs. However, the latest one just topped it all up. The Vet who saw our ShihTzu, failed to notice teeth/gum inflammation and left our boy in severe pain, not missing to charge for consultation. Upon my complaint we only got a wishy-washy assurance that the Vets don't change and that there are no issues to get through to the practice. Sorry to say ... we will endeavour not to come back!

This Vet is AMAZING! I Called this Saturday morning and asked about an issue that I just found out the night before on my dog and they squeezed me in on the spot! Helped me register her and helped my dog when I arrived!! Lovely helpful staff and just an incredible experience. Also extremely affordable which definitely helps! Can’t express how happy I am I found out about this Vet ❤️❤️❤️❤️ good vibes all around thank you thank you!!!
