So pleased to have used Seldons and Nicolas Baddick in the sale of my property. Every dealing with them was clear and concise. All paperwork was clearly marked, unambiguous, and easy to understand, unlike solicitors I have delta with previously. It is quite apparent they are very experienced and very good at what they do. They are quick, efficient and accurate . My estate agent was impressed with their dealings with Seldons. I would use them as my first choice in the future. Even though I am located 240 miles from their office the distance is no issue. Thank you for the assistance I have received. I would recommend you without any reservation.

Was very disappointed with the service and we paid the very expensive bill and some months later on still waiting for the itermised copy to be sent to us I was the person who paid the bill and was in your office giving you a copy of my passport and driving licence asked for an itemised bill the lady I talked to said it would be in the post

We had a very disappointing experience with Seldons when using them for our conveyancing in 2020/2021. Severe lack of empathy and professionalism throughout.I regret not reading the reviews before appointing them as it seems others have had similar experiences too. A real shame as it turned what should have been a positive and exciting time into somewhat of a nightmare. Would not reccomend.
