So I’ve been having sun-beds elsewhere for a few weeks now haven’t had a problem I came to ultra v for one as was in the area worst mistake of my life I went on only for an extra 2 minutes than I usually do 9 in total at ultra v, I burnt very bad that wasn’t the end of it 48 hours after the sunbed I had to ring 999 for an ambulance due to my whole body itching to the point it felt like I had fire ants attacking my skin the doctors call this hells itch it’s rare and can occur around 48 hours after severe sun Damage Now I’ve spoke to someone who is very familiar with sunbeds and they believe they could be dodgy bulbs imported from a different country as this is not the first awful experience they have heard

Iv been using tanning beds for 10 years and I have gone to every salon in the area and use them multiple times a week.Ultra v is by far the best tan around.The staff are always incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to help and advise you.The salon is always immaculate, staff are always cleaning and keeping the shop sanitised.The opening ours are so well thought out!I could keep listing all the positives as there’s so manyHighly recommend x

Friendly helpful staff the beds seem to tan quicker than other studios I have used

Been using Ultra V for the last year or so, amazing sunbeds wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Always clean and tidy, always advised and informed when the beds have new tubes and to lower minutes etc. The staff are really friendly and literally have the best intentions for you to keep you safe from burning. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

28/03/22Popped down to try out Ultra V sunbeds as I was recommended by I relative. However, was really disappointed in the service I received … On arrival I explained I had never been to this one before and there was no welcome. The first thing said to me was “I need ID” I was clearly over the age of 18 and had came in with my car keys, I went back to the car to get a form of ID to show. Once I had shown I asked for 10 minutes as I am regular to sunbeds and I am clearly dark skin . The reply was “you can only have 5 as they are hot and we could get sewed if you burn”” I just feel the service was very unprofessional and I wasn’t welcome so I chose to leave and try out another sunbed shop. I appreciate the shops policies but I felt the need to leave as I was served by a rude teenager. I hope to try out these sunbeds in the future as I have always heard great reviews, this was a shame to be ruined.
