Very bad service ofThis surgery before 8am they put the massageOn that we are fully booked no appointments for today wat is that !!! is this NHS patients are waiting to see doctors and they don't bother very disappointed , very bad andRude staff as well!! i don't know why these people like toPlay around with I'll patients

Rude and incompetent receptionists, who are incapable of carrying out anything you ask from them, impossible to get face to face appointments and takes forever to get through to them on the phone and when you eventually do they tell you to call again later and all appointments have gone! Nightmare!

Very bad surgery the receptionist never received your call very disappointed. Hate this surgery shame on all of them.

Doesn’t have an email address and doesn’t provide test results or referrals unless you physically go there, an absolute joke in 2023

This surgery was ok - reception staff were bad but got better in mannerisms. Doctors were good but have become worse since dr price left. Dr price was the best dr there, now they have new drs who don’t seem to care, administratively incompetent, hardly there and so extremely difficult to get an appointment. Poor experiences include: standing outside the surgery whilst calling to get an appointment at 8am on the dot - seeing the receptionist arrive, lift and hang up the phone. Answer message on phone stating no appointments left at 8.02-8.03 on the day. Making an appointment a month in advance to then be cancelled a week before the appointment and told the dr has no more appointments for over a month (because they’re not in!). All these complaints about pay but these drs can clearly afford not to come into work and go away on multiple holidays a year with less than part time working hours. I think they’re getting paid to be away to further political agendas and force Nhs into privatisation.

Blood test - one of the worst appointment service. Booked online. Time given for 9:30am - arrived at the centre at 9:00am and waiting to be called. No one goes according to time. The nurse from inside the room shouts Next" and whoever is nearest to the room goes inside. So why give time? 10:00 am person can beat the queue and do the blood test at 9:30 am if he or she was nearest to the room. This is worse than a 3rd world country as they give token number to prevent queue jumping. What a disgrace!"

Service here has vastly improved since the change over in front reception staff. Very kind and helpful - which is a far cry from a few months ago. Have no issues with any of the GPs and Nurse there. One thing - it could do with a makeover, very drab decor and too many posters chucked up on the notice boards...
