I just wanted to pass on my grateful thanks for all the hard work put in by the RightFrame installers this week. For three days they toiled in awful weather to provide a professional and courteous service. I had 2 bedroom windows a large patio door and front and back doors fitted. The work is of an excellent standard and finish. We couldn't have asked for better service throughout.

Thank you so much Right Frame. What an excellent job I've had done. New composite front door & double glazed windows. Everthing done on the days promised. No mess fantastic fitters, Jordan especially, working on his own, such a friendly hard working lad cleaned all mess like it was his own house, even though not much mess was made. 100% satisfied with the efficiency of the whole team at right frame. I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. Purchased a composite door with 4 windows in last year. Continuing problem ever since installed. Not shutting, not locking, unable to open and close. After blasting it with the hose pipe on the outside (which they said they was going to do ! Which they didn’t ) water poured through the bottom of the door and each window cassette. For 1 year water has been coming in, Most of all leaking water into my property. Not sealed round the door frame. I had many visits to adjust. I’ve been made out to be a complete liar. They would and still won’t let me return the door and sort out the water damage (carpets, underlay,wooden flooring and skirting boards). They get very angry on the reception and enjoy putting the phone down on me ! You have to constantly chase them, no customer service whatsoever. Also all the members of staff who came out and agreed there was a problem and 1 gentleman who told me not to worry about the damage as they will claim it on their insurance have all been sacked ! Sally told me I had to claim on my insurance for all the damage. !They have known about this problem for a year and know off all the damage been caused and still refuse to refund the door and pay for damages. They only want to change the cassettes on the door !!This company should not be trading and treating customers like they are. Anyone is free to contact me for further information

Do not give this firm your phone no. they will pester you to death even after telling them you do not want any windows from them did not like the quality of their windows at all and got much better ones cheaper elsewhere without being pestered to death. Came on the wrong day then wanted to walk round my house in boots to measure up. Would not give them the time of day.

Had an appointment with rightframe to start our conservatory in June 2020. Never turned up and after phoning said we had the wrong month eventho it was booked in the February before.Started it in November and what should have taken 3 weeks actually took 5 months.What could go wrong ..it certainly did just turned up when they wanted and didn't seem to care. Put a floor down 7 weeks before the roof went on,wrong handles on the windows, wrong glass in windows, had to pay for a wall to be plastered which should have been in with the price, wrong lights in ceiling which had to be changed, wrong down pipe which they changed, plus other problems. Would not recommend this company ever.

A little belated feedback had my new windows and doors a couple of months now. From the salesperson to the after sales service everything was and is very professional only to be expected though to be fair. The fitting team were excellent and the most important thing were all concerned about is the quality of the windows and Finish are super and a very very good price.DG - Handsworth.

Where do we startWell first thank you RIGHT FRAME and your professional team for our excellent looking double glazed windows, French doors and composite front door all at a competitive price. Now on to the fitters a father and son team Phil & Matt who me and my wife cant thank enough for they was out standing on work they did as they hit so many problems nothing to do with the windows, doors just our house as almost every window they taken out they hit problems which was from the last windows we had fitted many years ago well Phil & Matt did their magic to rectify the problems they hit and made them all fit perfect and they was extremely clean hovering up as they went along I wish I had taken photos to show on this review which especially the one on our bedroom bay window which was a mess when they took the old one out and how the new window looked after we couldn’t believe how good it looked. I will post a couple of photos of outside house before and after in another review later. I know I have gone on a bit for a review but we cant say how happy we are. We only had one slight problem and that was the composite door which had a slight problem on trim which we didn’t notice it until fitted that’s how slight it was the fitters let Rob at Right Frame know who was fantastic on this he ordered another door straight away which when it arrives they will come back and fit and Rob said as we had to pay after fitting he said he will leave £1000 off our bill until the new door comes and fitted and then pay him you can’t get fairer than that.I would recommend right frame to allThank you, Mr & Mrs Daley,

Brilliant Company,I built and fitted rightframes Ltd (Sheffield) products into a summer house and workshop. Patio doors, special offset doors and window.Even had a problem with a piece of glass bowed in the summer house patio doors, they asked for photos, then rang me back and replaced it straight away. First class company and service , relatively cheap and good quality for the price. I will be using again soon... see pics below..

Good points - Sales person arrived on time, reasonable price, fitted two new upvc part glazed doors and a window. Fitter arrived on time and cleaned up. Quality products. They also fitted a trim to an existing window.Could improve - After sales support is not so great. The trim fell down and despite reporting this I had to refit it myself. Also the letterbox brush doesn't fit correctly on the door. I requested additional keys at the contract stage as it is a rental property but they were not provided but they told me to just get new ones cut. No local Sheffield key cutters will reproduce these high security keys. Waited 20 days (admittedly part of this was Easter holiday) for an after sales response to give me a nationwide list of key cutters (only about 35 on the list). The closest to Sheffield is Barnsley who do not open on weekends. If you don't need extra keys or you can get to Barnsley in the week then this will be fine for you but it was inconvenient for me.
