Horrendous customer service. Ordered 4X Steaks a few weeks ago for my Dads Birthday. They have not arrived and after 3X Emails in to this company not one response back!

Recently bought two wagyu ribeye steaks. Definitely worth it. The customer service was excellent, responsive and friendly. Pick-up was available the next day, and the whole process was very efficient.Highly recommended.

I ordered some sirloin from these guys, from start to finish great customer service and what can I say! It's the best meat I've ever had. Great taste, amazing quality and fantastic marbling. I will be using again and I highly recommend.

Have ordered twice from Tajimaya.Decent quality meats with great service, super fast and reliable delivery. Well packaged on arrival with ice pack parcel, so your Beef doesnt melt!The Wagyu Beef is value for money.We also tried the Kobe Beef which wasnt bad but not much difference to the Wagyu so better to just get the Wagyu.Would prefer if the cuts was abit thicker as it comes fairly flat but overall good.
